Firstly your help in negotiating for us to buy successfully, our present home in Langton Road, and to work so hard to successfully sell our previous home in Duncansby Road. We admire your integrity, communication and negotiating skills, positive outlook, professionalism and boundless energy. You always kept us fully informed via your weekly report, copies of advertising, confirmation of open home dates and times, and endless phone calls. We were “blown away” by your thoughtful actions, including a bag of essential supplies on our doorstep when we returned at night from overseas. We so appreciate all the hard work which you, and your team performed on our behalf, and wish you all continued success.

I have always believed in complimenting people when it is deserved. I am amused to say that I have never met Trevor Hyland, we have spoke numerous times, faxed and e-mailed each other, during the course of sale of my property. We live in the same community and I see Trevor at auctions all the time, but we have never formally met. I formed my opinion of Trevor, from a distance, and approached him via phone only. Upon signed up with Trevor via fax, I have always felt in touch, well informed and in control. I believe that Trevor and his team, are well organised and believe in professionalism. I buy and sell regularly, and treat it with little emotion. I asked for direct answers and Trevor acknowledged that and acted accordingly. I told him my line in the sand and 10 day’s later it was sold. I consider without hesitation that he is the complete Real Estate Agent. As regularly happens upon settlement, a number of issues can surface, at this time others in Trevor’s industry can go missing in action. Trevor and his team worked for their money and communicated well. I will wherever possible use Trevor again, and wish him well for the future. I often wonder that in the daily grind of a career, you can lose sight of the impact your actions have on people’s lives. Trevor is the best I have dealt with and from my family to the Hyland family, thank you.

After our father passed away November 1999, my brother and I were appointed to administer his estate. Part of that included the sale of his home. Consequently, we came into contact with many ‘would be’ real estate agents who promised much but delivered nothing.
